Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

All Friday events will be held at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel. Registration will be in the Minoru Foyer, and mini courses will take place in the nearby Westminster Rooms. You will find your mini course tickets in your registration package. Join us for an outstanding public lecture by Mark Lewis starting at 17:45 PST Minoru AB, followed by a welcome reception in the Minoru Foyer. On Saturday evening, the 2024 CMS Awards Banquet will take place in the Minoru A room.

Kwantlen Polytechnic University

All CMS events taking place on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be hosted at KPU University. The banquet on Saturday evening will be at the Sheraton Hotel. The Richmond campus consists of two buildings: the Wilson School of Design (WSOD) and the Main Building (R). You can enter the main building through a pedway on the first floor. Click here to access the online campus map. Registration will be located at the entrance of the WSOD Building on the ground floor at 5600 Kwantlen St, Richmond, BC V6X 3V8.

Shuttles

A shuttle service will be available between the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel and Kwantlen Polytechnic University from Saturday, November 30th to Monday, December 2nd at:
7:30am; 8:00am; 8:30am; 9:00am
5:00pm; 5:30pm; 6:00pm; 6:30pm

If you wish to walk, the hotel is 1.5km or a 20 minute walk from the WSOD building with sidewalks.
